After seven years away from the club Jordan Bozov returned to Levski. 32-year-old guard has reached an agreement with the club and remains in the team until the end of the season. Both, the club and the player agreed Bozov to be free to sign with any club if there is a proposal for him from outside the country.
Bozov last game for Levski was back in the 2003/04 season, when he was the best scorer of the team with average of 20.0 points per game. After that year he changed the colors of several clubs in Bulgaria he played for CSKA and Balkan, while abroad was in Spanish Burgos, Israeli Galil Elyon and Hapoel Nicosia from Cyprus.
Bozov played two and a half years with the team of Balkan before he got injured last winter and missed much of the remainder of the season. He was a major scorer of the team and was a the best contributor to the their success in recent years.
Bozov is very experienced player as he spent quite a few years in the Bulgarian national team. No doubt he will help the team and will provide more options for coaching leadership of both guard positions. Bozov will make his re-debut for the club this Saturday in Burgas, when Levski visit Chernomorets in the next round of the National Basketball League.
